Refund Policy

01 14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not happy with a new paid subscription (Pro or Team, monthly or yearly), ask for a refund within 14 days of your first paid charge and we will refund that charge in full. No questions asked, no forms to fill in.

Every paid plan also starts with a free 14-day trial, so most people never need to use this.

02 Renewals

• Monthly plans: renewals are not refundable, but you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the month you paid for.
• Yearly plans: if you forget to cancel, request a refund within 14 days of the renewal charge and we will refund it in full, provided the account has not been used since the renewal.
• We email a reminder 7 days before every yearly renewal.

03 Upgrades and seat removals

• When you upgrade, you pay only the prorated difference for the rest of the period.
• When you downgrade or remove Team seats, the unused amount is added as account credit for future invoices. On request we will refund it instead.

04 What is not covered

• Accounts terminated for breaching the Terms of Service.
• Add-on usage, such as extra Team seats, that has already been used for the current period.
• Requests made more than 14 days after the relevant charge, except where required by law or covered in the section on service changes in the Terms.

05 Your clients' invoice payments

Payments your clients make on invoices you send go directly to your own Stripe account. Refunds of those payments are decided by you, under your own billing terms, and can be issued directly from Stripe or with one click from the invoice in your Ledgerly dashboard. Ledgerly cannot refund your clients on your behalf and does not control Stripe's processing fees on those payments.

06 How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address on your account, with the subject "Refund request". Include your workspace name if you have more than one. That is all we need.

07 Processing time

We confirm refund requests within one business day. Refunds go back to the original payment method; your bank usually shows them within 5 to 10 business days.

08 Your statutory rights

This policy is in addition to, and does not limit, any consumer rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
