Do my clients need a Ledgerly account to pay?
No. Clients open the invoice link, review the line items and pay by card, bank transfer, Apple Pay or Google Pay. No account or password required.
How do automatic reminders work?
You choose the schedule: for example a reminder 3 days before the due date, on the due date, and every 7 days after that until the invoice is paid or you turn reminders off for that invoice.
How do payments reach my bank account?
Payments run through your own Stripe account. Stripe settles funds directly to you on its usual schedule. Ledgerly never holds or routes your money.
Can I use my own branding on invoices?
On Pro and Team you can add your logo, brand colors and a custom sender address, and remove the Ledgerly footer from every invoice and reminder.
Can I export my invoices and clients?
Yes. Export any date range to CSV, or send invoices and payments straight to Xero or QuickBooks from the Reports page.
